These Terms of Service (Terms) govern access to and use of SpectraSeek, a product of InterspectAI Inc. (InterspectAI, we, our, or us). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Overview of the Services

• Skill and readiness feedback
• Resume and interview performance insights
• Analytics dashboards for authorized institutions

SpectraSeek is an AI-powered employability and interview-readiness platform designed to help students, job seekers, universities, and organizations prepare for real-world interviews through structured, AI-led conversational workflows. The Services include, but are not limited to: SpectraSeek provides assistive intelligence only. It does not make hiring, academic, or employment decisions.

Eligibility & Account Responsibility

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
• All activities conducted under your account
• Ensuring accuracy of information provided

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. You are responsible for: Organizations are responsible for managing access for their users.

Acceptable Use

• Use the Services for unlawful or deceptive purposes
• Misrepresent identity or qualifications
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse platform outputs
• Upload malicious code or harmful content

You agree not to: InterspectAI reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

AI Use & Disclaimers

• Simulate interview conversations
• Generate feedback, scoring, and insights
• Identify skill gaps and readiness indicators
• AI outputs are informational and advisory, not definitive
• Final decisions remain with users, institutions, or employers
• No fully automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects are made

Data Protection & Privacy

• Universities / Employers act as Data Controllers
• InterspectAI acts as a Data Processor
• Students / Job Seekers are Data Subjects
• On documented instructions from Controllers
• To provide and improve the Services
• To comply with legal obligations
• Access, rectification, erasure
• Restriction and portability
• Objection where applicable

Data Minimization & AI Training

• Sell Personal Data
• Use Personal Data for advertising
• Train generalized AI models on identifiable user data without consent

We collect only data necessary to deliver the Services. We do not: Aggregated and anonymized data may be used to improve platform performance.

Data Retention & Deletion

• Data is retained only as long as necessary for service delivery or contractual obligations
• Upon termination, data is retained for a limited period (typically 90–120 days) unless legally required
• Secure deletion procedures follow thereafter

Sub-Processors

We may engage vetted sub-processors (e.g., cloud and AI infrastructure providers) who are contractually bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations. A list may be provided upon reasonable request.

Incident Response

• We will notify the relevant Controller without undue delay
• We will provide reasonable cooperation to support regulatory or user notifications

In the event of a confirmed data breach involving Personal Data:

Intellectual Property

All platform technology, models, workflows, and branding remain the property of InterspectAI. Users retain ownership of their input data. AI-generated outputs are licensed for internal, non-exclusive use consistent with these Terms.

Termination

• For violation of these Terms
• To comply with legal obligations
• To protect platform integrity

We may suspend or terminate access: Upon termination, access to the Services ceases subject to data retention terms.

Limitation of Liability

• The Services are provided as is
• InterspectAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the preceding 12 months

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
