3.1 University Partners If you access SpectraSeek through a university partnership (B2B2C model), we share aggregated and individual performance data with your university's placement cell, including: mock interview completion rates, readiness scores, skill assessments, and progress metrics. This helps your placement cell support your preparation. You can opt out of individual data sharing while still using the platform (aggregated, anonymous data may still be shared). 3.2 Service Providers We share information with third-party vendors who provide services on our behalf, including cloud hosting (AWS, Google Cloud), payment processing (Razorpay, Stripe), analytics (Google Analytics, Mixpanel), customer support (Freshdesk), and email delivery (SendGrid). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for specified purposes. 3.3 AI and ML Partners Our AI features are powered by third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI, Google, or Anthropic). When you use AI mock interviews, your audio/video recordings and transcripts may be processed by these providers to generate feedback.
